Youth Empowerment
University of Johannesburg Mindfulness & Wellness courses and sessions (weekly)
Conducts weekly mindfulness courses and sessions to assist students & staff with managing stress, counselling, practising mindfulness, natural healing techniques, lifestyle management, positive thinking, overcoming depression, fear and anxiety, healthy lifestyle and diet, achieving happiness, dealing with peer pressure, yoga, and breathing exercises. The sessions also focus on increasing one's memory naturally, keeping focused on goals, life coaching, overall mental and physical well-being, and the importance of healing oneself. Additionally, all students attending weekly sessions are provided with free lunch meals.
